Each set of equipment is available with a set of quick-wear parts, for instance, oil seal, scrubbing brush, guide wheel, etc. The equipment delivery period is 25 to 30 days or so.

If the mold can form 16 pieces of blocks per time, its warranty time is 60, 000 *16 times. During the warranty time, the block size error is within 1mm. The following are the main content of the mold warranty card:
1. The clamping force is no more than 900kg or 6 Mpa.
2. During the distribution vibration or forming vibration, the supporting plate shouldn't be separated from the bottom part of the die.
3. The forming vibration time should be no more than 5s.
4. There should be no matters between the supporting plate and the lower mold part.
5. The deviation should be controlled within 15%.
6. The mold should be cleaned and lubricated after using.
7. When cleaning the remaining aggregate on the trailer, you are not allowed to down press the mold. Also, vibration is prohibited.
8. Do not impact the mold when you do not use it.
9. The compound die should be installed to the same side of the marked holes.
Mold Quality Commitment
1. The mold service life, interval between the press head and casting box, and the allowable deviation of mold size are in line with the GB/T8533-1998 standards.
2. When the mold needs maintenance, you need to provide the mold name, model, and the amount of the plates that have been used.
3. The user must strictly follow the operation instruction; otherwise, no maintenance will be offered.
4. The mold couldn't make the standard amount of plates of blocks, and it is impossible to repair. Under such condition, we can replace it with a new one at a discount.
Remark: The quality commitment is only for the clients who have completed the payment negotiated by both parties.
we can customize the mold according to the client's requirements. Installation service is available. If the overseas clients require on-site installation, debugging, and training services, they have to bear the fees such as the round-ticket, board and lodging for our technical personnel. Besides that, they are required to pay 500 RMB a day for each technical personnel. Generally speaking, 7 days are needed for installation and debugging. But the time varies according to different machine configuration.
